25 August 2001 - Tea & Truth, Barnes & Noble, West Des Moines. Invited Guest Reader: KCCI Anchor, Mollie Cooney. This event will be held simultaneously with a benefit book sale for the Downtown School.

8, 9 September 2001 - "The Des Moines Metro Relay for Life." Johnston High School Stadium. 6:00 PM through 6:00 AM Sunday. Dr. Tice will be the featured speaker/survivor at 8:00 PM Saturday evening.

14 September 2001 - 4:00 PM. Garden Afternoon Tea in honour of Jean LemMon, former Editor in Chief of Better Homes and Gardens magazine, Meredith Corporation. To be held in the garden of Elvin McDonald, Garden Editor, Traditional Home magazine.

17 September 2001 - "Debut of The Tea Doctor's Special Blend". PEO Chapter V - Des Moines. 7:00 PM.

20 September 2001 - 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Thursday. Atherton House, Adel, Iowa. As part of Atherton House Annual Fall Festival, Dr. Tice will be demonstrating Yixing teapots with premiere teas. Yixing teapots come from an area 120 miles northwest of Bejing, China. The teapots' origin dates to 1368. Stop by Atherton House for a great cup of tea and refreshment. Note: Atherton House Fall Festival runs Sept. 20-23, 2001. Stop by and say hello.

22 September 2001 - Keynote: "Queen for a Day": A Royal Tea.

29 September 2001 - Windsor Heights Fall Festival 10-5 PM. Stop by The Tea Doctor's table for a sample of her special blend of tea.

29 September 2001 - Tea & Truth: Book-signing and reading by Dr. Tice from her new book: "Give Stress A Rest". Come and enjoy Dr. Tice's special blend of tea, available publicly for the first time.

30 September 2001 - "History Through A Teacup": Fund-Raising Tea, Des Moines Women's Club, Hoyt Sherman Place.

4 October 2001 - The Fine Tradition of Tea presented to LAW of Polk County.

11 October 2001 - Iowa Author's Dinner to benefit the Public Library of Des Moines Foundation. Dr. Tice will present a gift donation of a full Afternoon Tea for the lucky person who bids the highest to benefit our library.

12 October - Bridal Trousseau Tea in honour of Bride Mary Francis Riesenberg.

11 November 2001 - Festival of Trees. The Tea Doctor will have a tree decorated in the theme of "Miss Spider's Tea Party". Join us for a cup of tea around the tree!
